This site is occasionally used and offers good thermal soaring opportunities, with the potential for cross-country flights.
The launch field is suitable, but be cautious of the high-voltage power lines running along the western side of the field.
Access: Drive towards Øystre-Slidre when you are in Lomen. About 500 meters after a cattle grid at the top of the village, the launch site is located above the road.
Please be considerate if the grass is long. If it is just before the hay harvest, avoid stepping on the field and consider flying elsewhere.
