H 45 m is a paragliding site that is rarely used. It offers soaring flights, but it is primarily utilized by experienced paraglider pilots. The site features a thermal ridge and a cliff launch, making it suitable for advanced pilots who have completed at least a second-level paragliding course. One of the main reasons for its limited use is the lack of suitable bottom landing areas, which can make landing challenging.
