Be considerate of local landowners on the way up to the launch site. Horse riders often use the path, so please show respect and caution. Do not land in the crop fields during the growing season. Orkanger is located within the flight path for the 338 Squadron at Ørlandet. The squadron's flight windows are typically from 09:30 to 11:00 and from 12:50 to 14:20 local time.
