It is frequently used throughout the year and provides excellent cross-country (XC) opportunities. There are numerous launch options available, and you can check flight logs for more details.
The site record is 30.7 km, showcasing its potential for long-distance flights. There are many alternative launch sites within a 1.5 km radius along the ridge. One popular launch point is near the mountain station, and during winter, you can also launch from Fellhorn, which is another lift station to the north.
