At an altitude of 1720 meters, this paragliding launch site is rarely used and serves as an alternative to the main west launch site. Located in the region of Schönau am Königssee, Germany, it offers a unique experience for those willing to take a 20-minute hike. The launch site is situated near the mountain station of the Mitterkaserschlepplift, to the east of the Jenner mountain station. The takeoff area is a grassy slope that follows the ski piste downhill.
