Be cautious of a barely visible transport cable leading to the Federihütte. The cable is marked in red on the provided map. Coordinates for the cable are:

**Local Sensitivities:**
Residents of Solenberg above Rufi may feel disturbed by overflights. Please be considerate when flying over or around Solenberg.
**Transport:**
Access to the launch site is only via group transport, often a bus service from the landing zone.
**Ideal Wind:**
Southwest to West. Be aware of lee-side turbulence during Bise winds.
**Flight Potential:**
You can gain altitude over Federi and fly towards Kerenzer, or via Mattstock or Durschlegi to the Churfirsten. Thermals typically start after 2 PM due to the southwest orientation of the launch site.

**Fees:**
A daily fee of CHF 5 must be paid, which includes launching, landing, and parking. Alternatively, you can purchase an annual flight card for CHF 40, valid for the Kerenzerberg and Fronalpstock flight areas as well. The card can be bought at flight schools or from the bus driver.
**Restrictions:**
- No launching during the grazing period in June and September.
- No launching on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Pentecost Sunday.
- No alternative launch sites are available during these periods due to local zoning regulations.
