This site is regularly used, especially for Bise-soaring, and cross-country flights are possible. Conditions are often favorable in the late afternoon. Access to the parking area below the launch site is via a single-lane mountain road, which requires a driving permit.

To reach the launch site, drive from Grabs to Grabserberg. The launch area is a moderately steep meadow with some trees.
Parking is available at the end of Staudnerbergstrasse in Grabs. From there, hike approximately 100 meters uphill to the toll road, then about 200 meters downhill to the launch site.
Please adhere to all restrictions. The best flying conditions usually start around 4:00 PM.
Top landing is possible, and on good days, you can reach the summit ridge and see Lake Walensee (2700m).
