Description
At an altitude of 1633 meters with a height difference of 1625 meters, this paragliding site in Canada is considered medium-difficult. It is rarely used and is best suited for hike & fly enthusiasts. The site is known for its thermalling and scenic flights, but it can be difficult and technical without snow. Successful flights often depend on favorable thermal cycles.
The site record is 8.3 km, achieved 100 meters below and to the southwest of Golden Ears summit in a col. The best conditions for flying are typically found when there is snow.
