The paragliding site in Sondershausen, Germany, offers a take-off height of 372 meters and a height difference of 130 meters, making it an easy site for pilots. This location is frequently used and is suitable for soaring and thermal flying, with the possibility of cross-country (XC) flights. Top landing is also possible here.
To reach the take-off point, head to Hauptstr/Große Furth. At the beginning of Großfurra, turn left and continue through the forest until you reach the launch site.
