From Fanas, take the gondola to Eggli. The path to the launch site is signposted from the mountain station (100m elevation difference). The launch site is a moderately steep meadow.
Takeoff: There are two launch sites:
- 'Eggli' (1650m): About 200 meters southeast of the top of the cable car.
- 'Hoernli' (1800m): Located at the top of the mountain, about a 20-minute uphill hike. Both sites are easy and spacious enough for multiple pilots. Hang gliders (HG) use 'Eggli'.
