This site is regularly used for paragliding and hang gliding, with good conditions for soaring and some potential for cross-country flights. It is particularly suitable for students. Please be mindful of free-roaming animals in the area. Dogs are not allowed, even on a leash. All gates must be kept closed throughout the year.
Landing is typically done in the fields near Segalstad Bridge. During the growing season (April-October), landings should be made at the Kaldstad field, which is 1 km west of Segalstad Bridge. The field has a barn in the middle and is located near the racetrack.
