Description
Located at an elevation of 960 meters with a height difference of approximately 630 meters, this paragliding site in Canada is considered difficult and is rarely used. The launch area is challenging due to high tree trunks, making it less accessible for frequent flights.
This site is suitable for hike & fly enthusiasts, and some cross-country (XC) flights are possible. The takeoff is south-facing, but there are trees in front that need to be removed for regular flying. It is best to launch early in the day as the wind tends to cross from the west after 12 PM. The west face of the site has too many trees, further complicating the launch.
