Weather specificities: Summer lake temps hit 70+ F. Mid October fall water temp 50F and dropping. Freezes south end, north end mostly open til Feb. In March the lake opens with 50F and rising in April.

Wind specificities: Great to kite, wind depending. Spring and fall North winds are best. Most wind over 15 knots are out of NNW. Southern winds usually lighter but can be kiteable with larger sizes. Summer hot flat water with occasional later day blow-out from the North.
