At least in high season parking costs and there is hardly a place to launch a kite. But with a foil kite it is possible in the very eqrly morning. There is also a marked swimming area and it might be potentially problematic to launch or kite there. The far north east might only be an option for a drift launch with a foil kite from the sharp rocky cliffs. Even though the wind is stronger here in Baska and many days in the summer good for foiling, the other spot Punat will be better in the high season.
