This paragliding site is located at Playa de Valdearenas in Liencres, accessible via the Santander-Torrelavega highway, taking the Mompía, Mortera, Liencres exit. The take-off area is straightforward, featuring a spacious grassy surface with convenient access.
Flights here are dynamic, with a northwest orientation. The site is rarely used and offers a bit of soaring. Top landing is possible, but only on the beach if the tide is low.
Landing can be done at the take-off area or, in the worst-case scenario, on the beach, provided the tide is not high. The difficulty level is easy, but pilots should always assess the flight conditions on-site and make decisions accordingly.
