Located about 80 miles south of Corpus Christi, Port Mansfield Jetties offers a remote and uncrowded surfing experience. The jetties create lined-up waves, making it ideal for experienced surfers. The vibe is laid-back, with minimal crowds, especially during weekdays. The best surfing seasons are late summer to fall and late winter to mid-spring. While the jetties provide some protection from winds, surfers should be prepared for natural challenges, including rips and undertow.
