At an elevation of 1138 meters, this site is occasionally used for soaring. Located just after the county border, you can park near Skjelingavannet by the cabins. From there, head west and up the hill. It's a great spot for playing around in the snow and calm conditions, or for ridge soaring when the wind picks up.
