The site is frequently used and is known for its excellent soaring conditions and potential for cross-country (XC) flights. The landscape is highly variable and spectacular, making it a great choice for XC enthusiasts. The best season for XC flights is from May to August, although the site is operational all year round. The take-off area is wide and inclined, facing west, and is situated on a slope with lateral vegetation. It comfortably accommodates four to five wings. There is a windsock located about 15 meters to the left, and a semi-flat area behind the take-off zone allows for both take-off and top landing configurations. There are two take-off spots available. The primary one is at 1060 meters, southwest exposed, and easily accessible by jeep.
