Description
Located in California, this paragliding site offers an elevation of 2190 meters with a height difference of 720 meters. It is considered an easy site, regularly used for thermalling and cross-country flights. The launch area is at a cleared section of the road that bends at 180 degrees, facing west-southwest.
There are no official landing zones, so be cautious of potentially hostile landowners if you need to use the bailout area. The site is unregulated, and it's recommended for pilots with H3 certification or H2 certification with an instructor. Access to the launch site requires a 4WD vehicle.
The site record is an impressive 106.9 km, with the launch point at 7180 feet and 2400 feet AGL, facing southwest.
