Description
This site is rarely used for paragliding. It features a slope that is 15 to 20 meters high and 800 meters long. The takeoff can be done from below in strong winds, up to a maximum of 25 km/h, or from above next to the parking lot, which offers a good start compared to grass. Toplanding is straightforward here. However, the beach is narrow in some areas, so caution is advised.
The site is suitable for up to 2 pilots at a time. Public access is available, and there are trees on top of a portion of the slope.
To get there, drive from Kalundborg towards Røsnæs, almost reaching the reef. You will find a large parking area with tables and benches.
