Paragliding Röjle Klint
Best Conditions
Optimal Wind Direction
Optimal Speed (kmh)
Description
This paragliding site in Denmark offers a wide grassy takeoff area, often shared with cows. The launch height is 20 meters, and the length of the flight path is 900 meters. Landing is possible on the beach up to the forest area. The ridge is interesting but can be challenging to fly if there isn't much lift, making it suitable only for experienced pilots. The ideal wind condition is medium strong, straight from the northwest.
The site is public and managed by the local club, which you can find more information about at [PG Fyn](http://www.pgfyn.dk). The takeoff at the top of the slope can be tricky due to rotor effects, often resulting in no wind or tailwind. It's generally easier to start further down the slope to the left. The beach is narrow, but top landing or landing further down to the left of the slope is possible.
To reach the site, take exit no. 58 from the E20 motorway at Middelfart towards Røjle. In Røjle, turn left towards Røjleskov and Røjle cliff. From the parking area, head to the northernmost corner where a path leads through a cottage area to the cliff, approximately 800 meters away.
