Description
The site offers a good ridge lift that works with west-southwest winds. The rooftops generate nice thermals.
Launch from the mountain in Ellös. I've tried launching just to the right of the antenna on the mountain when viewed from below, but there are quite a few large areas, so you can experiment to find the best spot.
Follow the signs to 'Utsikten' to find the launch site. Parking can be arranged in various places around Ellös.
For landing, you need to fly over the houses in front of the ridge and land along the promenade. Alternatively, the road directly below the ridge can be used as an emergency landing spot.
