Description
The launch site, situated at an altitude of 1650-1729 meters, is occasionally used, primarily in autumn and winter. During summer, the valley wind poses a lee-side danger. Soaring and cross-country flights are possible from this location. The main launch site is accessible, but you can also hike higher if desired. A mountain railway is available for easier access.
Region: Kandersteg, Switzerland. The flight area record is 8.2 km. For more information, contact the Kandersteg Paragliding Club.
