The launch site is situated at an elevation of 1910-2020 meters in the Schwyz region of Switzerland. This location is occasionally used for hike and fly, soaring, and panoramic flights. The ascent to the launch site is somewhat long and steep, but the effort is rewarded with a sensational backdrop and a grand view, making it highly recommended. The site record for the longest flight is 5.8 km. The launch area consists of a steep but large meadow, providing ample space for takeoff.
