Paragliding Oberer Gurnigel _Les Pléiades

Les Pléiades, located in the Swiss Prealps and overlooking Lake Geneva in the canton of Vaud, is a popular paragliding site. The mountain stands at 1,397 meters, with a secondary summit at 1,361 meters accessible by a railway operated by Transports Montreux–Vevey–Riviera, connecting Vevey and Blonay. The take-off site is situated at an elevation of 1,532 meters. It is oriented to the east and is known for its thermal conditions and Bise wind situations, making it an easy launch site.
