Paragliding Mount Faust Mt Faust

Located in the Canterbury region of New Zealand, Mt Faust offers a unique paragliding experience. The site is known for its hike & fly opportunities, although it is rarely used. Thermalling is possible, and there is potential for cross-country (XC) flights. The site record stands at 92.2 km. A well-maintained track up Mt Faust starts from the road bridge, courtesy of the Boyle Outdoor Education Centre. Takeoff can be done anywhere above the bushline that faces the breeze.
