Located in Albania, this paragliding site offers a launch height of 893 meters and is frequently used for coastal soaring and some cross-country (XC) flights. The site has a south and west exposure and is situated on the side of the street. It is one of the better spots in Albania for paragliding.
The site is flyable all year round, with the best flying hours between 12h and 14h. The maximum take-off hours are from 10h to 16h. The flyable wind direction ranges from WNW to SSE, with the best wind direction being WSW and SW. The general wind direction is W.
The quality of the take-off place is rated 3 out of 5, while the landing place is rated 5 out of 5. The flying characteristics include laminar wind and occasional turbulence. This site is suitable for soaring and XC, as well as for beginners and tandem flying. It is also great for acro pilots.
A warning for pilots: after take-off, avoid flying toward the right side (N and NW) or above the straight valley between the take-off place and the higher mountain on the right.

There are two launch sites: one near the national road at 900 meters above sea level and another near the Antenna over Llogara at 1350-1400 meters above sea level. The road to these sites is very good, and the trip takes about half an hour from Vlora City. Both sites are flyable 250 days a year, with the landing area at Dhërmi Beach. Llogara is one of the most visited national parks in Albania, offering stunning views and excellent opportunities for cross-country flights, even near the Greek border.
