From Kleine Scheidegg, it's a 40-minute walk (or use the Lauberhorn lift in winter) along the hiking trail to the Wixilift mountain station. The takeoff site is directly behind the Lauberhorn downhill start house. The terrain has slight hollows and waves. Launch direction is towards Jungfrau (South). Thermals can be found either directly above Girmschbühl (Wengernalp) or on the west side of Lauberhorn. Usage is free.
