Paragliding Karavelyovo Каравельово

The takeoff point is located at 700 meters above sea level near the village of Karavelyovo, approximately 70 km northwest of Burgas. The site is accessible by walking through the Aytoshkiya passage towards Shumen, then taking the exit to the villages of Tranak, Sokolets, and Karavelyovo. The lower takeoff point is situated just above the large turn before reaching the village. It has an elevation gain of 100 meters and is suitable for slope soaring and thermal flying. Landing is on the meadows around the road bend. There is also a higher takeoff point for northeast winds, but it has not yet been flown.
