The Glufishevskite Hills in Bulgaria offer a unique paragliding experience with heights ranging from 100 to 130 meters and a length of about 2 kilometers. The north slope, which is suitable for winds from the GCC to SI, is situated between the villages of Panaretovtsi and Glufishevo. East of this area, behind the village of Glufishevo, there is another slope that is ideal for JI and ISI winds.
These hills provide excellent conditions for both slope soaring and thermal flying. Pilots can land in the fields in front of the hills, and in stronger winds, landing in the fields behind the slopes is also possible.
To reach Glufishevo, follow the road from Sliven to Yambol. In the village of Krushare, take the turn towards Chokoba, and shortly after, you will arrive at Glufishevo.
