Located directly above the Jatzmeder-Mittelstation of the Rinerhornbahn, this take-off site is at an elevation of 2090 meters. The site is considered medium-easy in terms of difficulty.
The take-off area is a flat meadow, making it accessible and straightforward for pilots. The start window is oriented to the west.
To reach the take-off site, take the mountain railway from Glaris to Jatzmeder. From there, it's a short 2-minute walk to the take-off area.
