Paragliding Helnaes Hvidklint

This is a private area with limited access. Due to the presence of trees, takeoff is generally considered impossible. Access is restricted to members of the Funen Paraglider Club, so you must contact them if you plan to fly here. The slope is approximately 30 meters high and is not suitable for beginners. Be aware of potential rotor effects. Starting conditions are challenging, and the landing area is some distance from the takeoff point. Precision is required for landing due to nearby fences and power lines. The slope itself is about 1000 meters long and is suitable for experienced pilots. Access is via a private dirt road. Parking is available at Helnæs Byvej 21, 5631 Ebberup, near the windmill. To get there, take Exit 52 towards Assens/Odense SV on highway E20 at Odense. Drive towards Assens on route 168, exit for Flemløse, then head towards Ebberup and Helnæs. For detailed access information, contact the Funen Paraglider Club. For northeast winds, flying here is generally avoided due to inconsistent breezes and difficult conditions.
