Description
At an elevation of 1970 meters, this paragliding site is occasionally used and offers a variety of flying experiences including hike & fly, soaring, and panoramic flights. Some cross-country (XC) flying is possible. There are multiple launch options nearby, particularly for northwest winds.

To reach the launch site, take the gondola from Rhäzüns to Feldis and continue to Mutta. The launch area is a moderately steep meadow.
Feldis/Veulden is a political municipality in the Domleschg district of the Hinterrhein region in the canton of Graubünden, near Chur, Switzerland. It is situated on a terrace on the slope of the Stätzerhorn range and is the northernmost village among the Domleschger mountain villages.
Flight Options:
- Feldis: Enjoy a pleasant glide to Rhäzüns or elsewhere in the Rhine Valley, with thermal potential slightly to the south.
- Mutta: Offers a nice glide to Feldis or into the Rhine Valley. Mutta is essentially an enhanced version of Feldis.
Under favorable conditions, you can fly along the Rhine Valley towards Chur or ascend to Dreibündenstein.
This easily accessible and pleasant flying area is managed by the Delta & Paragliding Club Heinzenberg - Domleschg. Be mindful of cables and wildlife protection areas.
Soaring Conditions: You can soar around the rocks near the cable car until the sun sets.
