Description
The flying site at Drøsselbjerg Strand offers a height range of 8 to 20 meters and spans a length of 2 to 2.5 kilometers. This local site is suitable for soaring, with takeoff options from either a grassy area above or a relatively narrow beach below. The slope is somewhat uneven, making it less ideal for beginners. However, it provides good pastures for ground handling practice.
To get there, head to Drøsselbjerg Strand via Adnoisvej. Drøsselbjerg is situated 15-20 km northwest of Slagelse. With Slagelse behind you, drive through Drøsselbjerg and turn left at Gårdhøjsvej. Near the end of the road, you'll find a grassy area designated for parking. From there, walk the paths between the houses down to the water.
