To reach this paragliding site, drive to the end of the cabin road at Geilane (30 NOK fee). From there, it's a 45-minute hike to the top. The launch area is natural, so you need to choose your launch spot based on wind direction. For southeast winds, N 60 40 24.43 E 5 59 13.26 can work. For west (and likely northwest) winds, you can launch from N 60 40 25.32 E 5 58 41.04. It's possible to soar along the mountainside down towards the farm north of Hatlekinni and Nåli above Horvei. You can probably launch in most wind directions, but it's challenging to soar in WSW or NE winds. Altitude limit is 1676 meters.
