To get there, you can access the cliff via several routes. One option is to use the Hang Glider Road, which is marked in magenta on the park map. This trail can be accessed from the parking lot on Carrick Road. The cliff is located at the 'scenic site' next to the 'Town of Guilderland.' Another way to reach the site is by following the Long Path from its entrance near the park office in Thacher. This route takes about an hour and fifteen minutes at a leisurely pace.
