Big difference between high and low tide under normal wind conditions. If the wind is strong South/Southwest the tide is not that important. No surf at low tide. Shallow water before and after high tide. Boats in the bay. Beach type & size: Sand - Small Infos: Short sandy beach. Rocks on some locations. Shells at the bottom, wear booties. Identified hazards: Rocks, Shells Weather specificities: A wetsuit is needed all year, except maybe 1 week during high summer. Short wetsuit during summer. Season from May to October. You can surf off season in a drysuit. Wind specificities: Often good wind. From 5-12 m/s. Best from Northwest, along the coast. Often from the Southwest to North. Access description: by Car - Drive to Esbjerg road E20. Go through the city drive north towards Hjerting. Nightlife: Esbjerg is ok to go out.
