Small rocky wave breakers. Beach type & size: Sand - Small Infos: Small, sandy beach. Grassy dam behind it. Weather specificities: Summer is nice and warm. High season a shorty is ok, a few weeks with just shorts is possible. Usually a wetsuit is always needed. Water max 22C in summer, normally around 15C. Winter gets cold, but a thick wetsuit, gloves, mask and shoes make kiting almost year-round possible. Air: summer between 20-30C, spring and fall around 15C. Best months: April, May, September, October Access description: by Car - Get to Fehmarn and take the first exit after crossing the bridge. Turn right and follow signs to Avendorf. Pass Avendorf and follow signs to Fehmarnsund. You will head to the water and once the street makes a 90 right turn, drive straight and enter Fehmarnsund.
