With South winds fine waves. Beach type & size: Sand - Small Infos: Small sandy beach, not much space. Too packed during summer. Beachgoer: June, July, August Weather specificities: Surfable all year. Spring to fall no wetsuit needed but during winter. Wind specificities: The main NW wind during summer is offshore and gusty. Further out the winds gets better. During winter a nice South wind can blow. Best months: January, February, March, November, December Access description: by Car - Close to Bodrum. Drive east to Ortakent, then to Turgutreis. Here follow signs further south to Akyarlar. Specific rules: Time Extra: This beach should be avoided during summer, specially for kitesurfers.
