The designated landing area is in the Altmühltal, over the Altmühl River, east of the football field. A day membership (€10.00) is required. A weather station from wetter.com is available directly at the launch site and can be accessed via the club's homepage. Visiting pilots should pay attention to the information board at the site. Parking: The field path to the chapel can only be used for loading and unloading. Vehicles must then be parked at the parking lot directly after the junction on the main road or next to the earth wall of the new pit. Landing: Use the designated landing area on the meadow next to the football field. Otherwise, an external landing fee of €10 applies. Hazards / Special Notes: The launch sites appear very simple but can be turbulent in strong winds. Visiting pilots are only allowed to launch in the presence of a club member.
