The Malogorski field features two launch sites, both situated north of Radoboj. You can reach it from three directions: from Krapina via Tršćanska Vrh, from Jazvina, and from Zagreb through Donje and Gornje Šemnice, exiting the motorway at Sv. Križi Začretju. The easiest access to the launch site is from the center of Radoboj, near the municipal building. Head north, turn right at the first crossroads, then keep left at subsequent crossroads. If you get lost, simply ask the locals where the flying site is. With a bit of luck, you can reach the southwestern launch in 3-4 minutes. The first launch site is suitable for SW and W winds. It is grassy and spacious, making it ideal for beginners. It is located at 430 meters above sea level. Below the launch site, at 230 meters above sea level, there are expansive meadows that provide safe landing areas. Due to the terrain configuration, it is recommended to stay to the left of the launch site after takeoff, where there is almost always a thermal column. Heading to the right may lead you into a cave and a channel that obstructs access to the landing area.
