Le site de décollage se trouve à une altitude de 580 mètres et est utilisé occasionnellement. Il n'y a pas de logs de vol disponibles pour ce site. Pour accéder au décollage depuis l'atterrissage, partez de la marine de Giottani. Le trajet dure environ 25 minutes, comprenant 15 minutes sur une route sinueuse asphaltée et 10 minutes sur une piste carrossable. Suivez ces étapes : 1. Depuis la marine, prenez la D80 et tournez à gauche. Continuez sur 3 km. 2. À l'embranchement de Barrettali vers Conchigliu D33, passez le hameau de Conchigliu et continuez à gauche après le virage en épingle à cheveux sur 4 km. 3. Passez plusieurs hameaux jusqu'à un embranchement sur la droite vers Barrettali sans rencontrer d'habitation. 4. Prenez à gauche pour 100 mètres. 5. À gauche au pied d'une maison en pierres apparentes ocres, prenez la piste en terre carrossable. 6. Au mât de relais TV, prenez à droite et continuez sur la piste vers le versant NO pendant 7 minutes. À la crête, la piste repasse en versant S. Le parking se trouve sur la gauche à la crête. Le décollage est à 1 minute à pied sur la piste, au lieu-dit Suaghjola. Le site est turbulent par vent de NO et exposé au vent d'Ouest. Il est recommandé de voler uniquement en régime de brise. Attention à la ligne à haute tension. Pour l'atterrissage, dirigez-vous vers le lieu-dit Marine de Giottani (Barrettali).
