Takeoff: The top of the mountain provides a nice start in all directions. The eastern side is a bit steeper.
Getting there: You can reach the site via Bad Kleinkirchheim using the Kaiserburg-Gondola, followed by a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, you can drive to Arriach, park at the Walderhütte, and then walk for 20 minutes.
Comments: Excellent soaring conditions with westerly winds.
Weather hazards: Avoid thunderstorms and be cautious of 'North Föhn' conditions.
