Guest Registration: Every guest must register once and provide a direct debit authorization by filling out the form available on the DCH, TVB, or DGCW websites. 2. Pre-Flight Briefing: Before the first flight, guests must receive a briefing from a member of the site management club. 3. Day Pass: Before using the launch site, guests must deposit a "day pass" in the box at the information board at the launch site. The day pass is valid only for that day and must include the guest's full name, birth date, date, and signature. By signing, the guest confirms they have received a briefing and agree to comply with all site regulations. 4. Fee: The guest fee is 3 Euros per day. For tandem flights, the passenger must also pay the same fee unless they are a member of the site management club. Payment is collected quarterly via direct debit. 5. Specific Site Rules: - Launches and landings are only allowed in areas marked on the maps displayed at the information board. - The DHV Flight Operations Regulations for Hang Gliders and Paragliders (FBO) must be followed. - Launching is only permitted with north or west winds. - Guests need a briefing on the site's specific conditions before their first flight, with special attention to airspace structures (Airspace C, D, and glider sectors). 6. Airspace: The site is located in the Alb glider sector within Stuttgart Airport's controlled airspace (Airspace C/D). Controlled airspace starts at 4,500 ft MSL (approximately 1,370 meters). Requirements for entering controlled airspace above 4,500 ft MSL include: - An unrestricted pilot's license. - Altitude clearance. - A flight radio. - Altitude clearance via flight radio frequency 134.500 (ATIS). 7. Park only in designated public parking areas. Access to the launch and landing sites must be via existing footpaths or farm tracks. Keep the access routes and the launch and landing areas clean. Dispose of any trash properly. 9. Wildlife Protection: Avoid low flights over the FFH area to protect endangered species. It is recommended to reach an altitude of at least 300 meters above ground quickly after launch. Do not fly within 250 meters of the cliff edge at Bassgeige (Beurener Fels, Schlupffels, Brucker Fels, and Friedrichsfels). Exceptions are flights over 300 meters above ground, which should be done quickly. 10. Prohibited Activities: Do not use the launch and landing sites for events, barbecues, or similar activities. Do not store items not required for the site's permitted use. Do not set up construction or camping trailers or make fires at the launch and landing sites or their surroundings. 11. Information Updates: Pilots must check the information board at the launch site for the latest regulations before each flight. Avoid loud conversations and calls in the air after 8:00 PM at both launch sites.
