View spotTake off from a dune overlooking the sea. Landing is on the beach below. To get there, start from the Morongulu scuba diving area. Walk south along the beach for about 10 minutes. You'll see a low dune on the right side, above a rocky beach area. If the wind is favorable, climb to the top, lay out your glider, take off, and soar above the sea where you might have enjoyed a scuba dive earlier. Be cautious when hiking up the dune after a scuba dive, as it can be particularly tiring and may pose risks for decompression sickness (DCS). Weather hazards include strong winds from the sea. There are no specific flight regulations here, as the site is mainly for soaring and doesn't allow for high-altitude flights. For tourism, there is a campsite available for scuba divers.
